• Once a project has been initiated and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for work already commenced or completed.

• If a client chooses to cancel the project before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or consultation charges.

• Payments made towards retainers, subscriptions, or ongoing services (such as social media management, ad campaigns, or SEO) are non-refundable once the service cycle has begun.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to project cancellation from Alpha MediYah’s side, a fair refund (for unutilized services) will be discussed and processed.
